SHIPPING POLICY

At Marina Wolff Chocolatier we know shipping can be a hassle and we’re determined to make it as stress-free as possible.

We offer in-store PICK-UP (free), local (contactless) delivery, and Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskaskatchewan-wide shipping.

The shipping rate is dependent on the shipping destination, carrier, and shipping speed.

By completing your order you acknowledge that once a package leaves our Sparwood Store / Production Facility, we cannot be held responsible for any package delays as we have no control over potential delivery issues, including the chocolates being damaged in transit.

We ship orders on Weekdays between Monday – Thursday.

*Some products are very fragile (e.g.: hot chocolate bombs) and are only available for pick up and local delivery. Please refer to the product description.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

This option is always FREE. Convenient in-store pickup (free) from our store (6-101 Red Cedar Dr, Sparwood, BC).

 

Step 1: Upon checkout, you can choose from the available pickup dates and times.

Step 2: You'll receive an email from us that your order is ready. Once you receive the email you are welcome to stop by to pick up your order any time during regular store hours regardless of the date and time slot you picked when you placed your order.

TAXES

All pricing shown on our website does not include taxes. The tax will be calculated at checkout and is dependent on the shipping address (if applicable), as determined by the CRA.
